I read a general blurb that "she got sick, so they decided to deliver her early". My first thought was pre-e, but she's a mega star, so it definitely could've been just a choice on her part to deliver early. I'm sure she'll sell her story to the highest bidder (if she hasn't already done so), so we'll know soon enough!
