Well if it was a celeb in those shoes, than it could have been the fuck up of some assistant or stylist.
Most celebrities don't wear stuff that they personally bought and took out of their closet when they are at some event.
Most of them get clothes from designers for free which helps the designer to get more popular.
I bet someone gave her the shoes and forgot to peel the sticker off.
