The touch screen is there for the convenience of the passenger, not the flight attendant. The first flight attendant should have just took the order and told the guy he had the option to use the screen if he wanted anything else. For that I give the benefit of the doubt to the passenger. Some people are just inflexible others are lazy, either way they do not need to be in customer service or any job for that matter. In this economy there are many people who would love to have a job. I much rather see them employed than some of these dick bags that avoid work and complain to no end. Just do your got damn job or quit and make room for someone that is willing to work. It's really hard to say who is lying in this case. I have been flying a lot and had contact with some arrogant flight attendants but none of them would have gone this far imo. Working in customer service on the other hand tought me, that a customer would lie his ass off to get what he wants, or thinks he deserves. The worst are the customers who made a mistake themselves. They are cursing and yelling at you and threaten you with negative publicity like facebook posts on the companies website. I can easily imagine that this dude was some arrogant mf who sees everyone as his personal servant. Those business people in suits, who think they own the world piss me off big time. They don't use words like "please" or "thank you" or "would you". They tell you to do stuff NOW or ASAP. I personally know a flight attendant who wasn't picking up the food trays fast enough (in the eye of the passenger), so he threw that thing in the aisle for them to pick it up......
In the end, it's all about customer service. the customer should have been waited on, the flight attendants were lazy, and then he got pissed and showed out. Who can blame him? Flights cost an arm and a leg these days, you should expect to be treated with respect by the employees.

I believe in: treat people they way you wanna get treated yourself. That's how my Dad raised me. I have never yelled or cursed at some waiter/waitress or sales person etc. I'm raised to be polite. I don't respect a millionaire more than the person who mops the floor in my gym just because of his money. It's all about the attitude and the behaviour towards each other. You are no better person just because you are dressed in Gucci. I'm willing to go the extra mile for a friendly person but if you give me a hard time just because you think I'm beneath you......FUCK YOU
