Xena, as you know was a spinoff of Hercules that lasted a lot longer than Hercules. The big question during the run of the show was were Xena and Gabrielle lovers. At the final episode, the answer was yes. Did you know that Lucy Lawless did act in a lesbian film early in her career? She did. She is now married to filmmaker Sam Raimi(who also executive produced Xena). I thought the shows were unique in terms of the fact that they often made fun of themselves.
