I think it might be a medication (but I took it before without that side effect) Or hormones. The things you listed above aren't the issue. No caffeine, I eat a variety of veggies (so I get the minerals I need), drink plenty of water, etc. Hormones is more likely. This just started recently....

Absolutely. I was simply speaking from a general standpoint. Certainly some meds can cause cramps, even if you didn't have that reaction last time. It may be worth discussing with your doc because more often than not, there are alternatives they can try you on.

I had night cramps with both of my pregnancies and they were crippling I hope you find relief soon!

 

I did too, in the last month or so. The first time I had one, it was so bad I was sobbing, couldn't catch my breath. The hubs woke up and thought I was going into labor! Lol.
