Woman Killed, Child Raped in Mall Carjacking

I read this and it made me think how vulnerable we are...
I think how Bookie is a Librarian with a young daughter...this could have happened to any of us.
Just always be aware ladies...always be on guard especially if a man approaches you and YOUR CHILD in a parking lot. Most men wont.

I guess not having a prior arrest record made authorities underestimate the threat he posed.

Just heart breaking what happened to that mother and daughter.

 

So incredibly sad. As mothers, we're instinctively protective...I can't imagine her horror if she was alive during her daughters rape. It's terrible but true...we must live our lives on guard, surveying our surroundings and trusting our gut. Not just for ourselves, but also walking the tight rope between teaching our daughters the same and not scarring them with the fact that potential danger lerks around each corner.

May that mom RIP and that baby girl get all the love and support she needs.

Stuff like this really does happen, you just never think it will happen to you. Can't help but feel vulnerable when you read stories like this one. God bless this poor little girl who now has emotional and physical scars and now has no mother thanks to this asshole. God bless their souls...

 

If we not a civilized country and I was the magistrate over Mr. Renz, I would order that he be stripped down naked and put into a publicly displayed metal cage, which in turn, would be lowered slowly to be fully submerged in a large vat of cooking grease.......
