WE as kids are so fragile, it's uchan unstable period in life, and it needs to be trated with more repsect by adults...get your fucked kids helps, so thay don't fuck up other kids.

 

I was a horny lil bastard when I was in high school, but this was never an option for me...never even crossed my mind. Why is this okay for so many of our teens? I just don't get where the disconnect is.

Absolutely heartbreaking. It's nauseating enough to know that she was raped, but the fact that four boys raped her...SMDH. As a mom of both a daughter and a son...I'll be damned if my kids don't know right from wrong, and act accordingly. Its called ACTIVE PARENTING. Raising kids is about more than just financially supporting them.

It's so sad that this beautiful young girl couldn't find the help she obviously needed to deal with that trauma. Her blood is on those boys hands...and I hope they suffer with that for the rest of their lives.

Teen admits to faking rape at South Park wave pool

CANONSBURG, Pa. — An 18-year-old Venetia woman is facing perjury charges after investigators said she lied about being raped in the parking lot of the South Park wave pool last year.

According to the criminal complaint, Katelyn Webster told authorities she raped by Matthew Folino while sitting in the pool’s parking lot in June 2012.

Webster told police that Folino put his hands around her neck to hold her down. There were marks on her neck to validate her story.

Folino, who adamantly denied the claim, spent four days in jail and was then placed on house arrest. Despite no DNA evidence, Webster was so convincing that the case headed for trial.

“I have never seen such a fabrication as this. It’s such a sick thing to do,” Folino’s defense attorney William Difenderfer said.

A few weeks before the trial, two of Webster’s friends came forward and said Webster wasn’t at the wave pool that day. They said she was at a dance club and spent the night at another guy’s house. They said the marks on her neck were ‘sucker bites’ from that guy.

Authorities said Webster admitted to making the false report earlier this month.

“It’s hard to understand why or how someone could sit there and lie for that long. This isn’t a white lie. It’s complete disregard for somebody’s well-being,” Difdenderfer said.

The complaint said she made up the story so she wouldn’t get in trouble with her father for having the marks on her neck.

All charges against Folino were immediately dropped.

So if 4 guys have sex with a 15 year old girl and someone takes a cell phone pic, that's proof it wasn't rape and was totally consensual sex??

There aren't enough details to this story, like was she dating one of these guys, who else was at this house, etc.

 

I don't know about Nova Scotia, but in NY you cannot consent to sex unless you're 17, therefore any sex, whether the female consents or not, is rape. Secondly, in some states when someone is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs they cannot, in the eyes of the law, consent to having sex.

 

I trust that the police did their due diligence, lol @ thinking they looked at one photo and they came to a collective conclusion "yep she wasn't raped" more than likely they have cell phone video footage.
