You dead ass wrong, lol. I don't want anything under 27 personally. I'll make an exception every now and then of course. But 23 is as low as I can go.

340 on Monday once. Took me damn near ten seconds to get it up and I strained my pec in the process because my form was a bit off. But it was very clean lift, says a bunch of meatheads in he gym impressed because I'm 5'8 183.

Not say she isn't good though P. I give props.

for ur weight that is pretty good

weight and height to me are just as important as weight lifted (kinda why I really don't want to gain weight..just interested in numbers)

i wouldnt be impressed if some 5'10, 240lb lifted 340lbs

i see youtube videos with these big ass offensive lineman builds moving 300lbs like it means something and laugh

coming from HS football, ive seen all types of guys moving weight from the skinny freshman that never lifted, to the sophomores and juniors who were 6 foot, 230lb linebackers bench pressing 430 and squatting 600. that shit opens your eyes. I guess going to any gym with a mixing of novice and serious lifters would do the same.

on my best day, I repped out 225 for 25 reps with my usual form and pace..but I think that was due to caffeine or some shit:smt043

If you can lift your own weight you're healthy

If you can lift 2x that you're in great shape

I weigh 203, but my daily and nightly bench is 150 for 3 sets of 12 10 8. I haven't done a max since college wrestling and I think that was just 200, I can sure enough do more now. I'm trying to gain more weight in muscle but it's hard sometimes.

    that's the rule of thumb

    same with pullups

if you can bang out some of those, you're kinda like considered to be fit since it's like the ultimate strength:body weight workout
