    Anyone try Insanity?

I did it once, several months before getting married. And now my wife and I do it together off and on. It really earns its name. I think we like it so much because you can do it from home, no equipment needed. We're going to restart it soon and take pictures to track our progress, so we can finally get those t-shirts.

It also works well with other Beachbody programs.

People are talking about this at work like its the second coming of Christ

Mind you they're pretty out of shape and aren't really disciplined

Often it just seems that people are looking for something cool and fun to do before going back to their old habits

The most important attribute for any athlete IMO is consistency and a year round attitude when it comes to fitness

    This

But insanity can help you get cardio when you travel. The convience of a good workout in the hotel. Sometimes the weather sucks too much for a good run.

It's worthwhile to try. I've heard good things about it, but any routine isn't a fixall unless you do it and stay consistent.

I stay roughly around 12% bf year round and I hardly do any cardio, with the exception of boxing, but I weightlift 3-5 days a week.

If you wanna slack all year round with a crap diet and not do shit until the weather gets warm...insanity is for you

Certified to work in 30 days or less

I have done Insanity, and this thing is the real deal. If you follow the program you will get fit and lose inches. Sean T is a good motivator, but it comes down to you. You do your best and you will get results. You might not finish all the exercise in a workout, but keep pushing yourself and you will improve. Even the people in the insanity videos struggle through the workouts.
