I have always believed in Tiger Woods. I think the drama with his personal life is behind him and he has learned from this. Now, he can move on and be great again. All he has to do is stay on his game and keep his eyes on the prize; the Masters.

I hope Tiger get his winning streak back and break the record of professional wins. Go Tiger, make your critics eat dirt.

The swing changes he has been working on for the last couple of years are now becoming instinctual, his swing is MUCH more on plane and thanks to some tips on his posture from his buddy Steve Stricker his putting is coming along very nicely. 100 puts over four rounds is AWESOME putting, basically he is one putting every other hole. He is leading the tour in scoring average again, things are looking very good for Augusta.

Lets see him out first 2 days at Augusta if he is at 50 then ? I see a run of 3 yrs about 12-15 wins 2-6 majors if that knee and achillis hold up, if he is playing injury free no doubt 15 more wins 4 majors
    90 wins 18 majors b4 40 yrs old

You put out a solid prediction indeed, very detailed. I wonder, it will be interesting and fun to watch.

Putting at Augusta is like putting on glass, and with the slope of those greens, I just don't see anyone at 50 puts for two rounds no matter how good they are putting, all it takes is 1 or 2 short sided approach shots and you are staring at a three put certainty. He won 3 times last year and I would bet at least 3-4 this year with at least one major, so your numbers could be very accurate, would love to see it happen, but we share the same concern with his knee and achilles issues. He only played 19 times last year (on the PGA TOUR) and will probably keep that schedule, so he will have to maintain an approximate 25% winning percentage, he has throughout his career so far, but it is tougher to maintain as he ages and the knee and achilles will never be 100% again.

in no way am I comparing a local track here to Augusta national, course here come middle of August gets so slick I've actually had a 30 footer down hill and putted that bad boy right in the bunker, he knows the track well enough and hitting it well enough to know he will contend but I'm picking a South African els charl or Louis o to win

Maybe he took a note from Ray Lewis and sprayed some dear antler on it.

funny, rumors started about Eldrick doping 10 yrs ago, tiger had a pin tucked left side guarded by water and a bunker his trouble shot has been the draw was only a baby 9 iron but he pulled the shot off then made the putt I flipped the tube after that knew it was over

The draw itself is no walk in a beautiful golf course, and the beach on top, whew. You don't see this on the tour a lot obviously, but I'll go for the draw now and then--keep in mind I'm lefty (I use left and right clubs:rolleyes:), shoot that sucker out there waiting for it to break the way I need it to go...let's just say I'm still waiting for some of those shots to come back lol.

I dont care if Tiger used Hgh or some similar hormone to heal up. Phil Mickelson is a spokesperson for Enbrel which is a arthritis medication. That is a PED to me. Rory is looking yoked out as well these days. Nike probably has all of its top athletes on that captain america.Besides hgh was only recently made illegal on tour. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it comes out when Stevie writes his tell all someday that Tiger was juicing to recover from injury back in the days. He got piss tested after last Thursdays round so I doubt he is on that stuff now. Hgh wont help your putting but it will help you hit a 5 wood 290 yards out of a bad lie on the rough.

tiger hit the golf ball farther as a 18 yr old , hitting it far has way more to do with your shaft with a flexible back, most important swing plane Matt kucher is 6'5 but will never hit it 330 his swing is to flat, Sergio hits it a mile but look at the torque dude gets and the lag at the top of his back swing , dude is 5'9,

That is 100% right, Charles Howell III and a ton of other "little" guys hit the ball a mile off the tee, even though they are small in stature. Flexibility and being "golf strong" is the key, not necessarily big muscles.

Tiger doesn't twist his body like his old swing anymore. His new swing plane makes a larger angle with the ground like a 60 degree wedge vs a 54 degree wedge. He is hitting down on the ball more. He actually changed swings because of the torques generated on his knee that were caused by his old swing. Tiger was supposedly driving it 300+ at age 14 but those were different days. Tiger's swing now is more about upper body strength than it has ever been. I am not saying he took PEDs but I would not be surprised if he and several of the other top golfers in the PGA tour did take them.

Tiger is on that Lindsay Vonn juice. I bet she is a wild cat in the sack. Getting freaky in the yacht then getting freaky with the putter on the golf course.

    All jokes aside
Congrats to T-dub on #77. He gets that driver worked out and he will win a couple majors this year if his short game and putting holds up.

Yes, his driving troubles are still a concern, he is NOT winning a U.S., or British open, or the PGA the way he is driving the ball right now, the rough at all three locations will kill any chance he might have. He might be able to take home the green jacket the way he is currently driving it if his putting stays at the same red hot level it is at now. He drove it really well for 3/4 rounds at Torrey, so lets hope he gets back to that.

All Tiger has to do is stay in focus and he will be #1 again.
    GO TIGER!!!
