they found him and just had another shoot out http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/02/12/chris-dorner-manhunt_n_2672238.html
This guy is really making LAPD look bad. LAPD has shot more people than him so far. They haven't look this pathetic since the North Hollywood shootout. I think Ving Rhames should play him in the movie that we all know will come out.
this WILL be a movie :drinkers: as for him escaping...dude's on that rambo shit good luck finding him
The entire armed forces couldnt find Bin Laden for ten years. I think dude has a shot at disappearing
There has been a stand off since noon west coast time. Breaking news has had it on since noon. Cabin on fire, one shot heard before it went ablaze.
This is straight up survival/evasion reflex kicking in from his training They even said he was adept at counter intelligence
I finally read his unedited uncensored manifesto last night. An emotional roller-coaster...my goodness. I found myself believing him, then disagreeing with him, then shaking my head at him, then laughing at some of his comments...damn, why did this now lunatic have to kill innocent people? He claims he had tracked all the LAPD who wronged him, yet he ambushes and murders a Riiversdale cop? An innocent couple in the back? Hes a coward, hes no fucking hero. He's no better than the people he rages on about that he deplores. Asshole..
no one is a hero. the major fuck for me is killing the two civvies. people arent feeling to sorry for the cops. i have been reading the comment section of the articles and no one is crying for the cops.
I'm bothered by some of the gleefulness in here. What ever/ if, he had a valid case was null and void the moment he started shooting people. Nobody made him do that. Its all him. Is it horribly sad? Yes, but fuck......
Cops found his body...(if it's his) http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/report-ex-cop-fugitive-shoot-police-213309749.html ...The body of...Christopher Dorner...has been removed from a cabin destroyed by fire this afternoon, according to multiple sources...
Especially INNOCENT people. That retired cop's daughter and her boyfriend had nothing to do with this. I have been following this and to be honest with you, it looks like the media played him up to be tougher than he was. When you go "off the grid" like they claimed he would, that's what you do, go off the grid. Change everything about yourself so that no one would recognize you. I thought he had a few hide out places where he could hold up and change his looks. Since he weighed 270 lbs, he would lose weigh and let his hair grow out and have a beard. Get his weigh down to under 200 lbs. Wear a suit with some glasses and look like a business man or a professional person. "Hide in plain sight", blend in with the professional crowd in downtown LA, become invisible. Don't stand out or bring attention to yourself. Since your enemy is the LAPD, become an "urban warrior". This guy however comes off as uneducated and undisiplined, a media creation.
Dorner put that perception out, not the Media or the LAPD. Read his first half of the manifesto...he said he was off the grid, he warned them 'if you try to catch me, you will die, don't be a hero". He used tactical and warfare language...it was chilling, if not grandiose...I think he deluded himself that he was more capable when, if you read, you see he could not pull that off....I kept thinking he would have made a great screenwriter, for real. Here is his manifesto... http://boywithgrenade.org/2013/02/07/christopher-dorners-manifesto/
I think they said it was too hot to look? But even the local media said a single body was found earlier. Then one said dental records needed to be done to verify, then they said it was to hot to look, again. I had the TV on in my office during this whole ordeal. It was exhausting
Been following this and he has made no mention of the killings. The LAPD has him labeled as a suspect. I think they are tieing the killis with his crazy talk and manifesto.
I stand corrected, you are correct. HE made himself out to be bigger than what he was capable of doing. Even thought he talked about different tactics, he just doesn't come off as someone with the discipline to make things happen. He tied a guy up and unsuccessfully tried to take his boat to Mexico, he tied another couple up and took their vehicle. These are spontaneous reactions, no planning at all.
