And the soon-to-be-mom guard, who confessed after getting caught "I just wanted to feel loved", also has a boyfriend in State Prison. Who the hell hired this unqualified, desperate POS to be a Corrections Officer? She is disgusting and thankfully is facing 15 years for her vile romps.

...And thank-you for bringing this case to our attention...but I am curious to see the level of outrage and response from the fellas.....For some inexplicable reason, when law enforcement die as opposed to civilians, the degree of sympathy is always non-existent or marginal,(even for black law enforcement)....as if they are the universally the enemy........I have a ton of policemen and sheriff deputy friends,....The tramp and the killer will get theirs, but God bless these guys for the service and protection they gave us during their lives.........

It's sad about the two officers. That's terrible.

Arch, some of that reaction is due to (rightly or wrongly) people having consistently poor interactions with law enforcement as well as the human tendency (not justified) to remember the most traumatic encounters more than the multiple uneventful interactions that take place on a regular basis. I get harassed pretty regularly (not as much now as in my 20s and 30s, and more so in the Midwest than FL) even with 20 years of government service, so I understand that knee-jerk reaction people can have.
