Who cares about intended use if the results are the same. If our concern was all about safety we'd be a public transportation only society which would make automobile fatalies virtualy disappear but we accept thousands of lives being lost psr year as a result of being able to drive.
We have 20000 regulations on guns I wish you people would stop actin like theyre available like buying gum. And like Ive said a dozen times before theres nothing wrong with registration I dont see why that keeps coming up.
And if the purpose is to reduce the killing how does it achieve that goal when criminals can just steal guns. All it does is stop people who wouldnt have done anything in the first place.
