:smt009 "This week, menswear designers took a giant step for all mankind. Now they might want to take a few baby steps back. The London Men's Collection, a week-long preview of cutting edge collections for the Fall/Winter 2013-2014 season, is supposed to offer a glimpse into the future of menswear. Instead it was a harbinger of a fashion apocalypse. ...Ladies, meet your new stylish man. He's your worst nightmare and he knows it." Who wears short shorts? This guy! . Yes! Oven mitts! Men: The new women Mankini . Murse: Man-purse . Meels . Mirts: . Mantihose: Marfists: A man who fearlessly embraces the man-scarf for all seasons. The neck-cessory preference depends on the man, of course. For David Beckham it's a thick, knotted pashmina. Jude Law opts for a thin, dandy-looking single loop, like a sweatband for an elephant's neck. And Ryan Gosling? He represents the Upper East Side 'ladies-who-lunch' approach to Marfism. . Meggings:  I blame you, Marc Jacobs...
LOL, now, now hey its only fair, right ladies. The era of equality of the sexes. Women always get away with wearing mens clothing. Mind you, I wouldn't be caught dead wearing any of those things above, but if a dude is confident enough to rock it then more power to him. Takes a certain kind of guy to pull it off I guess.
Wow :/ Definitely dont understand this new trend; but somehow I don't think we have to worry about it. There will always be that handful of strangely dressed or accessorized people. Someone somewhere is jumping up and down w excitement, and can't wait to wear the mirt

I agree completely, GQ. I mean, this isn't what I like personally, and I wouldn't want my boyfriend wearing it. But I'm glad that we're breaking down barriers both ways. Just as it isn't true that women "should dress like a proper lady," it isn't true in reverse, either. If guys want to dress in less macho, manly ways -- even dressing in traditional women's clothing -- it should be okay. For me, I like a traditional man's man. But some of my friends don't, and there isn't anything wrong with that.
Ok fine, just don't drag us shopping. NOT gonna have you parade out of the dressing room while I wait...to ask if your organ looks too fat in your morts!! :???:
Hilarious visual! :smt081 Yeah Trix, I don't mind the kilt either, if he's hot.:smt002 Sans the bagpipes though.
I wanted to wear a cape, now called a "mape". But this would definitely be masculine. Look at Russell Crow in Gladiator or Master And Commander-The Far Side Of The World, Liam Neeson and Arnold Vosloo(The Mummy, The Mummy Returns) in Darkman, Jonathan Frid and Johnny Depp in Dark Shadows. Last, but not least, Christopher Lloyd(Who Framed Roger Rabbit?), Bela Lugosi(Dracula), Christopher Lee(Horror Of Dracula, Star Wars The Attack Of The Clones) and William Marshall(Blacula).
If my man wore any of those ridiculous outfits, I wouldn't sleep with him. No way. I can't even see gay men wearing any of that crap. No no no no no.
