I like to look back on the classics like Speed Racer, Marine Boy, Gigantor, Battle Of The Planets, Star Blazers, Vampire Hunter D, Akira, Golgo 13:The Professional, Wicked City, 8Man After, Robotech, Super Atragon, Silent Service, Ninja Scroll, Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Alchemist, Full Metal Panic, Galaxy Express 999, Adieu, Galaxy Express 999, Sanctuary(a film similar to The Godfather and City Hall), Perfect Blue, Roujin Z, Angel Cop, Voltron, Arcadia Of My Youth(Captain Harlock's story),Submarine 707, Hellsing, City Hunter and a bunch more I have yet to see.

 

Golgo is raw. A must see.

 

There is a dvd set of the tv series. There was another film called Golgo 13: Queen Bee. I had heard someone say it sucked. And Let us not forget Fist Of The Northstar(movie) and Street Fighter the animated movie. And Black Jack.

 

I would like to see Pet Shop Of Horrors. I had read the manga.

 

If you want really raw check out Wicked City. You won't forget it.

 

Fist of the Northstar

Record of Lodoss War

 

I remember a live action adaptation of Fist Of The Northstar. It starred gary Daniels, Costas Mandalor , "Downtown" Julie Brown, and Leon Van Vader(the wrestler). It was a worthy effort, but it would've been better if the film had Rao and Jaggee.

 

Witch Hunter Robin was pretty intense.

Just bought the Blade anime. Pretty sick. Mass Effect anime coming out in a couple days. Gonna get that.

 

Is the Blade anime better than Blade: The Series? I saw the series and thought that they could have done better.

 

I never got around to watching the series. I have it on dvd. I'll eventually give a watch, but I can imagine it not being as entertaining with cable TV limitations.

 

I remember buying/watching Street Fighter II the Anime. In the middle of the movie, this scene popped up.

Surprise nudity (even in anime form) is always a plus.

 

I remember that scene before she fights the masked assassin in her place. That was intense.
