so!!!! your point. bombing and shooting two different things...yes they are murders but two different tactics.

if done wrong the bomb maker can fuck himself up....hopefully
    Its called vandalism.

doing nothing isnt an answer either....damn:confused:

That is why I stated before if you register ALL sales of guns commercial and private and any gun that has not been registered...the shooter and the seller need to be charged.

as far as the charge of the bullets...same here.I stated that earlier....charge them mofos 100 per round...LOL. mofos turn into snipers and pull the bullet out.
actually there has been vast amounts of debates. there has been vast amounts of coverage of shootings on CNN ...the problem is you will have to make a different TV show just to cover the shootings in america. there are 34 american deaths a day resulting from guns.

thats why I stated earlier about what restrictions I believe would be good....not perfect but good.

friendly fire happens 22X more than acutally hitting the intended target.

It's also a protected right under the first amendment of the US constitution and has been upheld in previous court cases as a protected right.

And even if it wasn't it he still should not be held indefinite with out being charged.

Are you talking about what happened in Webster? That's not far from here. Fucking sick. I have several good friends who are EMS and volunteer Fire Fighters. They lured them there just to shoot them. Awesome.

Did you find the story about the gun going off where the kids were visiting Santa? Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the guy took off and people got his license plate. Cops called him and he was like 'oh, I dropped off my family and I was going to come back' yeah. OK. Whatever.

They haven't decided if they're pressing charges yet.

Ha Ha, because being ignorant of something precludes its existance. :smt042

    Nah.

    It's a moral stance really.

Against all kinds of refuge and other vows to kill.
So because its against vows I made when I took refuge I don't kill..I also don't focus my attention on stuff specifically built to kill.
    Also against my vows.

    Uuhhhh....yeah....

I've written on the sidewalk with sidewalk chalk.
Did you know it does this amazing non vandalism thing known as washes off with water?

I miss your point. Make it again please?

jaywalking, loitering and loud music are crimes too so whats your point?

Isn't vandalism something that's more permanent? Like spray painting or some such?
Side walk chalk washes away with a simple application of water. If Austin was really broke or extremely lazy they could have asked him to stop doing it and then taken a bucket of water to the chalk, no?

and they can over look speeding, jaywalking, noise ordinance violations, loitering too so whats your point?

Yeah that is even easier to fix than applying water. Just apply pressure to the brake

    Ok...jaywalking..
Maybe a little bit dangerous: people won't necessarily stop for you if you can't quite time your cross right. Common sense is going to tell you you probably don't want to take your chances with a 2500lb vehicle.
Noise ordinance is a pita if you live in an area where you are trying to sleep or don't want to hear gangsta rap loud enough to make your ears bleed..
Having lived in places where they don't enforce noise ordinance..you become extremely grateful when you live in a place they do and you have rude and overly obnoxious neighbors.
    Loitering..
That may not be a big deal but I'm sure it's on the books because some people figure if they can stand around in one place long enough they may be able to harass customers for change.
It gets a bit tiresome to be asked again and again bythe same person when you know they are asking everyone and probably don't really need what they are asking for.

So..yes..maybe stupid to absolutely enforce it but there are reasons behind it.

I'm sure Santa could have washed his vandalism off the side walk and been done with it if they had gone about it in a different manner.

as seemingly harmless as all the violations stated including vandalism they were instituted for a reason and should be enforced. I get what u are saying BUT when u do stupid shit ....stupid shit happens and you have to pay the stupid tax.

Ok I oiled be with you on that except for all the more serious like endangering shit that goes on that the cops don't catch.

Like the fact that people kill other people with guns for no reason and nothing's done about it.

    And we are arguing jaywalking?

    Yep....

Would you like the blue pill or the red pil?

blue plz because the bumper sticker logic that guns do kill people blah blah blah.....well....kills me. You guys go into flemisy defense of gund control its funny and very sad.

gun loving rite wingers minds are totally controlled by the NRA (a lobbyist for gun manufacturers and not a club that represent gun owners) who give these terrible talking points to conservative radio show hosts. the opnly answers you "CONS"ervatives have is more guns and ignore the facts that gun owners are 22X more likely to shoot a friendly that an aggressor...IE trayvon, or the police that shot innocent bystanders at the emperior state building BUT keep that logic ok
