But I move on from one game to another and won't touch it for hella long. Haven't touched Battlefield since I bought Skyrim, Skyrim since I bought Deus Ex, Mass Effect 3 since I bought TekkenxStreet Fighter, TxSF since Max Payne(but I actually beat this game), RE6 since Dishonored, Dishonored since Hitman, and I've been squeezing in time for the Walking Dead. That game is fuckin' sick! It's a vicious cycle.

 

Was really looking forward to bringing in the new year w/ my special someone...but I am starting to finally come to grips w/ the fact that he doesn't feel the same way I do. Love really SUCKS sometimes. I mean, he's nice enough, great all-around guy. Just isn't ready for what I need him to be. In the end, I guess it's ok. At least we are friends...

 

Tekken X Street Fighter never came out. But Street Fighter X Tekken have came out earlier this year.

 

Tekken is better so I put it first.

How is it small detail when there's an actual Tekken X Street Fighter coming out in the near future?

 

Because until it gets past it's "early development" phase, a lot of people probably won't give much of a shit. If I say I'm playing TxSF or SFxTekken right now, they're probably gonna assume I'm playing the one that is actually out.

 

No. Any gamer who keeps up to date with the games coming out, they'll look at you weird if you say the name wrong, even if your reasons are intentionally bad. Maybe you can get away with that with your average casual gamer, but not somebody who follows gaming closely.

 

Assuming that the up to date gamer even cares about that game or fighting games at all. Some may look at me weird, some may not give a shit and know what I'm talking. I can say "say the new TxSF/SFxT coming out" and there will be people who won't notice or care enough to correct me, whether they are a causal gamer or a hardcore gamer because they'll know what I'm talking about.

 

They'll take notice and you're correct on the notion that they may have better things to worry about...if we're talking casual gamers. Hardcore gamers, they'll correct you and if you act in arrogance instead of saying "Oh right, my bad," they'll shake their head and say "Ah fuck it."

My son and I are together and having a blast. Let's see: Nerf gun war, PS3 Playstation NBA 2012 (on which he soundly defeated me), chicken and broccoli for lunch and now for some cartoons. I'm already tired and we've only been together 4 hours, lol.

I soooo understand how you feel. Vulnerability is my middle name right now...and I hate it! How is it that men can be so nonchalant about their relationships with others? A whole year has passed...and I swear, we are at the same place we were before. My heart needs a break.
