You ARE trolling. Now, get the fuck out of my thread and go whine about that girl you can't decide to let go of for months and let the adults talk. FFS. When i want the opinion of some uneducated internet douche over my coaches, who are both certified chiropractors, nutritionists, CrossFit coaches, marathoners, ultra marathoners, and death race survivors, I'll be sure to look you up. Until then, make your own thread and be obnoxious over there. Seriously.

I actually but I havent drank the koolaid like baby girl lol. I do agree with one thing thogh crossfit is a business and I doubt theyd have people doing exercises that would injure them and prevent them from working out. It makes no sense. We have a tendacy to let the few misfortunes become the main point of conversation. Can you get injured? Yeah but like most exercise programs thats the risk of working out

You deal with Crossfit AFFILIATES which may be qualified professionals but crossfit as a whole is horrible periodization and people follow it blindly. Maybe you are dealing with an affiliate who do not adhere to Crossfit which the former Crossfit affiliate above advise
Those "elite athletes" in crossfit were elite athletes in other sports before coming to crossfit. All you are doingis attacking me with ad homenims when I have more training knowledge (and deal with more training professionals) than you have. I have said there are things that Crossfit does good but many approaches to it aren't good.

Its not uncommon for trainers to teach things improperly. You see trainers teach incorrect squat form which in the interim is "OK" to do but is actually bad for on;g term knee and joint health.

The fitness industry has these when a new product or something promises results people want. Same with he supplement industry which isn't regulated either.

Also Huntress you are reaffirming what many people believe Crossfit is which many believe is an elitist fitness cult. I've constructively critiqued it and all you have retorted with is ad homenims and insulted my knowledge even though I have constructed well thought out arguments.

Question....What can I do to train my wrists to allow me to do Olympic style front squats? Right now, I dont have the range in my wrists to hold the bar.

Max, I'm by no means an expert, but had some trouble and they had me do some mobility work where you turn your hands out and put them flat on the floor, wrists away. It helps stretch that area. I am sure you could google it beside CrossFit has lots of videos to help people with all sorts of challenges.

Honestly wrist flexibility for Olympic lifts is something that develops over time. When I was doing O Lifts I sometimes had to wear wrist wraps for my heavy singles.

    This might help some

    EDIT: Forgot I had this

Can't post a video from my nexus but if someone funds rippetoes video non bar grip, please do. A very informative video for ripped calluses and something anyone that lifts should see.
And anyone that lifts heavy stuff and put it down should invest in a foam roller so you can do your own myofascial release.
