Well that's why I pretty much called his broadcast racist. Its fricking biased and to your point about education and more training. The problem is in a lot of impoverished areas ie the hood those things either don't exist or have the poorest quality. And as far as unemployment, while many black men want to be moguls and athletes again that's a really small portion of people there. Those with hoop dreams are a small group but happen to be the loudest so we pay attention to them more. Most people are well aware of their limitations and know they won't make it to the league nor can they rap or have the stage presence to get signed
referring to a comment he made in a thread about his search for a non racist white hooker. not talking about white women in general
I got that. I guess. I'm going to go out on a limb here and take a guess that most white members of WWBM aren't white hookers. So it does seem as though its a bit... Uh.... I mean if he's looking for hookers.... Never mind. Carry on.
Don't see the big uproar here. He's always been on a libertarian, semi-conservative slant. It's just that he never expressed it much on his comedy routines. It does make you wonder though...does the entertainment business often snub conservative comedians, actors, etc...?
what people forget is that no one should discuss politics and religion at work....just like bollywood. i will agree it leans more left but for the most part its always safe to shut the fuck up and act or just do your damn job.
There are many conservatives in Hollywood, whether we're talking Sarah Michelle Gellar, Vince Vaughn, Robert Downey Jr., Reba McIntyre, and other celebs...but it is a little true that they can't really talk much about politics otherwise their career opportunities would be limited. There's still debate on Kelsey Grammar's show Boss getting shunned during the awards ceremony and also not getting another season due to him being conservative.
