It's never to early to plan for resolutions for a new year, however, is it sometimes a waste of time to plan for goals that you never achieve or constantly rehashing the same goals over and over each year. I'm going to take a different approach this time by limiting the goals to an absolute minimum and break each goal down into mini milestones that can be measured this time rather than stating the goal without progress tracking. My three goals will be (1) Relationship, (2) Financial, and (3) education. Relationship in how to improve my relations with my wife's family, my own, and with all people I come in contact with. People tell me that I'm too cold and tend to be manipulative. I need to change that. Financial, I want to save and invest a great deal of money for my son to have a foundation he can stand on someday. And for education. I want to develop new skills. I have decided to pursue teaching and go forward in a post graduate program effective next year. 2013 will be an interesting year. I will achieve some form of success. I hope the same to all of you here as well. Don't waste your time. I just turned 30. I'm getting old. No more time to waste.

Your right there is no time to waste and I'm 33. Mine are

    1) Get back to working
    2) Get back home to California
    3) Stay Healthy

They'll probably be more, but that's off the top of my head.

Whatever you do keep a positive outlook. Never look back and think about what could have been. Think what can be. Use creative visualizations of what you want and where you want to go and that you will never fail to achieve my friend. Good luck.

Mines will be to get on the ball.
It may be time to grow up and start pushing towards a family.

I don't make resolutions, but I aim to make next year MUCH better than this year. Whatever it takes.

Every year, it's always been to stop biting my nails. By Jan 2nd, I'm biting them again, and promising myself I'll stop.... which lasts another 2-3 days, sometimes a week lol.

This time though I'm trying something new. Basically, as a whole the resolution is to get out of my comfort zone.

    - To find a new circle of friends that actually want to be out doing things as well and have adventures.
    - To cut ties with relationships that no longer serve their purpose or only drag me down.
    - To find a new place to live. In this case, when May comes, if I'm still living in the same apartment, it'll still be out of my comfort zone in a sense, because I'd REALLY be living in DC then, instead of intending to go back to Canada. Or, just in the US, period. Where ever I find work, I'll go. If I go back to Canada, then it'd mean moving to Ontario.
    - To explore DC and get to know it better (if there's anyone in the DC area, let's go on adventures! :) )

    I resolve...

    1) to try harder to commit to the (6-meal-a day) diet so I can
stay lean like Iggy and Petty and FG and Sweden

    2) to read more variety so I can stay witty and knowledgeable on
all subjects like Bliss, Satyr,TC,MS, Jordan, TDK, Alinoa, Loki,
    AndreBoba, Tam and Tarshi

    3) to learn a little Spanish every day to accommodate my
growing Hispanic clientele..... and adjust to the sobering reality
that they have stabilized themselves in large numbers here to stay
and as they consistently ask for my services, I must stay
    consistently grateful....

To kneecap my ex, crush his knuckles with a hammer, cut off his dick and feed it to pigs, shit on him, piss in his eyes and leave him for dead.

I also plan on becoming more assertive
