First of all, you mean freedom of expression, not freedom of speech. And secondly, you're born naked, so outlawing it would be ludicrous. Just because people have a deep-seeded neurosis regarding body dysmorphia doesn't mean that the rest of society has to suffer. Nudity is a beautiful thing and if want to be naked, who am I harming? That's what I meant: public nudity is perfectly fine by me. Vermont has a small town where it's perfectly legal to be naked in public. So, where's the harm?
While California is still democratically controlled by a large margin, there are some questionable issues here: 1. Voted for Prop. 8 and now the law repeal is in limbo. 2. Voted down legalizing marijuana. 3. Now voted for public nudity ban. I can tell you that California is no longer the liberal bastion and that's awfully ironic.
No. It shouldn't. Why? Because the only people who would take advantage of this would be old, ugly, (mostly) fat, white men. Trust me...I've had to go to nude beaches when I was doing a photography course (we had nude models and needed to go somewhere they wouldn't get arrested...but was still outside). I never saw even one single female on these beaches and not a single guy was under 50. It was DISGUSTING. I don't want to walk out of my home each day, dreading the fact that some ugly, old, gross white dude is going to saunter on by me swinging his naked, wrinkled, old white dick as he walks.:smt011 Ok...now I must go vomit.

You're forgetting that I live in Australia. We have too few black men in this country. I'd have to move to see a lot of nice naked black men walking around. LOL Here in Aussieland it'd be all white and asian men. Neither of wish I really want to see walking around naked.
