Flopping is over exaggerating contact from another player to draw a foul. As seen in the gifs, the player makes contact and acts like they got hit by a truck.

With the technology that we have these days don't they realise they will be caught out and shouldn't they be embarressed for behaving like that. With being able to rewind and play things back in slow motion you think they would avoid looking like a fool 'flopping'....
