Why people are so obsessed with Twinkies? They are so fucking nasty and they don't tastes good either.

If they are edible, then they can be called food. It's just that it's more of a snack to munch on. It's sad for Hostess to undergo this problem, as they do make products that are relatively decent (minus the twinkies). But, that's all part of capitalism, yah? Sink or swim? Do or Die?

But, now they have Lil' Debbie to take over the reigns (again).

I would love to know the stats only if you have them handy...don't want to make u search them out as not that important.

 

I'm going by personal tastes here. Grown up with Lil' Debbies, like the Oatmeal Pies, Marshmallow Sandwiches, Raisin Snacks w/ cream, and those delicious brownies, I've always had a hankering for them. I don't eat them as much as I would like to, but when I do indulge in them when I have the sweet-tooth blues, opportunity beckons and I indulge with glee.

P.S. I'm fully aware you're against munching on snacks unless they are organic, so it could be my guess that your taste buds don't resonate well with the snacks of yore. But it's all dandy.

 

Nothing to do with Obama, their sales have been declining for years and they have had two recent restructurings/bankruptcies, as well as I believe 6 different CEO's in the last 10 years. What cause their final demise was a union strike, which is leading to their assets being sold off.

That's one way to look at it, another way is that by presenting facts refuting such ignorance, helps to ensure that nobody reading it could be taken in by such campaigns of misinformation. As the closeness of the actual popular vote count of the last election proved yet again, people are easily misinformed. Obama should have won by a landslide in both the electoral and popular vote.
