My wife is capable of raping me. Hell, I would submit. Such is the power of a woman. I wonder if that is what happen to General Petraeus?

Absolutely, and it doesn't even have to be in the "physical" sense, either...

Yeah, but abuse from women to the men is not reported much. But if the man is submitting and not getting hurt than that is another story...

This is all over houston news.

HOUSTON—A 21-year-old Houston woman sexually abused her 13-year-old family member while she was babysitting him, according to Harris County Sheriff’s deputies.
Yesica Lily Contreras was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
The alleged abuse happened repeatedly from September 2011 to January 2012.
The boy’s mother noticed he was acting out of character and exhibiting somewhat bad behavior, so she prodded him to see what was wrong. That is when he told his mom that Contreras had been sexually abusing him, investigators said.
The boy said Contreras forced him to watch pornographic movies with her, then would fondle him and try to force him to have intercourse. The victim said he was acting out because she wouldn’t stop and he was frustrated.
The boy’s parents immediately called authorities.
Contreras’ bail was set at $30,000.

If she can't get it up, then it ain't going no where.

It's possible, you don't just need a dick for a women to rape you. They could force you to eat them out among other things.

In 2012, the FBI changed their definition from "The carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will." to "The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim." for their annual Uniform Crime Reports. The definition, which had remained unchanged since 1927, was considered outdated and narrow. The updated definition includes any gender of victim and perpetrator, not just women being raped by men, recognizes that rape with an object can be as traumatic as penile/vaginal rape, includes instances in which the victim is unable to give consent because of temporary or permanent mental or physical incapacity, and recognizes that a victim can be incapacitated and thus unable to consent because of ingestion of drugs or alcohol. However, the definition does not change federal or state criminal codes or impact charging and prosecution on the federal, state or local level; it rather means that rape will be more accurately reported nationwide

Forcibly putting the victim's penis in her mouth would still be considered rape. However, in many jurisdictions it's considered sexual assault. However, a woman can forcibly use any object into the mouth or anus of a man and it still constitutes as rape as well. Just FYI...

Personally I think where people trip on this subject is the stereotypical bullshit about who has the right to say no, who says no more often and how that plays out in consensual sex.

Women for the most part are the ones who are raped (by men with penises) because they are the ones who say no.

It is inconceivable to many people that a man would refuse sex.

Bullshit. Men can, do, and should be able to refuse sex at anytime during a sex act.

Because if he hasn't consented, or has withdrawn his consent at anytime during..
Then THAT is a violation of will and that is when a crime is committed.

That's in regards to if a woman can rape a man whether she penetrates him or not.

It was changed to add men raping men. Back then it was legal i.e. hard to prove.

The bold part is going to be the more likely charge.

Good point. Obviously people assume that rape is : penis + orifice. Just goes to show we have a long way to go. I would assume more men would come forward and press charges if the world didn't look at rape and sexual assault that way.

A very good point. I should have specified that I was asking for opinions and not for current definitions by the FBI... Have a great day

Rape constitutes a physical act. Otherwise its not rape. And yes, a woman can rape a man. No consent = rape imo, regardless of the sex of the offender.

Yes, it would most likely be a "sexual assault charge in court, but it should really be called rape as that it what it is if the man does not give consent.
Having an erection does NOT equal consent, that is a physical response that can be disconnected from a mental "no".

The irony in a system that is designed by men but often doesn't help men who do need it.

That's because the men in charge are normally from a completely different era.

The men from this era have to redesign it.

Making marijuana legal is a start as well as adding male on male rape.
