I believe it! One of the reasons why hospital's are trying to stop people from videotaping baby births. Dr damn near dropped my oldest son on the floor.
I think the word 'killed' is inflammatory. It sounds they were trying to deliver the baby as they would any other and a terrible tragedy occurred. That still doesn't take away the pain of them losing a child but accidents do happen even in medicine. When a baby won't come out they do use measures like described on a regular basis.
Yes I did. And if a baby gets stuck in the birth canal the only thing to do is used forceps or suction on the head. It appears that is what they did and doing what would be normal, caused the babys head to separate from his spine. The fault lies in covering it up. Not that they weren't trying to get the baby out the proper way. Look up what size the baby should be at 28 weeks vs 40. At 28 weeks the baby would be maybe 2 lbs vs full term and 7-9.
This is a tragic story. I can't imagine the ordeal the parents went through. The tattoo is touching....
