Good lookin out. Any woman with a tattoo on her foot is pretty much demanding that her feet get noticed.
I guess this should go without sayin', but some ladies don't realize you have to wash those feet! When I am checking out a woman (discretely, of course) I also take a look at her feet. During flip-flop/sandal season, you would be surprised at the number of otherwise beautiful women whose feet look like they just got through walking in a barn! And on top of a nice pedicure, you don't wash those feet??!! Phew! Take it away!!
I dislike most tattoos on women, but I'm a sucker for ankle tattoos. Women with those DEFINITELY want their feet noticed. It almost instantly turns me on. Same with ankle bracelets.
