Let's be honest, superficial people will only date a man or a woman if they match some hollywood level of perfection. I think the reality is that different people are attracted to different things and that if you are only open to dating men who are six feet tall you are gonna miss out on a great man that is five six. Depends on just how short. I don't have a preference but seeing as how I'm only about 5'9" I don't have room to judge anyone's height.

I don't hang out in circles to meet rich guys. And I have nothing in common with them except for some cultural interests (perhaps IF they are not fronting). Where I live is not exactly rife with eligible bachelors with a variety of preferences. Mostly spoilt uber-young trust fund babies on the hunt for a skinny blonde trophy, or their divorced playboy dads looking for the same thing. Primarily I am too liberal and too non-materialistic to appeal to most rich men. I would also be incredibly bored and annoyed hanging out with the majority of rich society - a little from time to time can be okay, but not constantly. Anyway there are not that many decent-looking wealthy black men here that I know of, or have had the opportunity to meet.

I would be suspicious that most wealthy men feel entitled and are promiscuous (as in: prone to cheat when claiming to be monogamous, and to look at women as primarily sexual/status objects, so I stay very far away. I could be wrong. But I would never trade sexual attraction, chemistry, and emotional compatibility for money.

Most rich guys look at me and think "artsy type" and probably aren't interested because they figure I would be too strong-minded for them. Also don't parade around like a little pony to look good on daddy's arm. Not impressed by Porsches. Don't give a shit about your new tattoo or your boat or your brand-new whatever. Everything I have is OLD and I like it that way. The love of money over time and substance annoys the piss out of me.
