Tell me about it. I'm nearly double that and I'm still kicking. Well, not like I was at 25, but I'm not dead yet. LOL

Who says that MOST women have kids with multiple partners? As I recall in other posts you have expressed your desire to reproduce. I guess you really are blank.

    1. How do you feel about your current age?

I am very blessed to have made it to 37. I am in decent health, I have 3 beautiful children, and I am successful. I used to think people who were over 30 were old and dusty, but now I am approaching 40 and realizing that I am JUST NOW blossoming into a beautiful flower. I have done and seen things that I have learned from and am a better person for some of it. My life is more comfortable now, and starting to come full circle w/ my oldest child who is stepping away from the nest and beginning his journey into manhood. Hopefully, not too much too soon...LOL but overall, I am feeling GOOD!

    2. Have you accomplished what you thought you would by the time you reached that age you are?

Yes and no. I have served in the military and learned a trade (that I am not using any longer). I WANTED to work in the healthcare field, probably as a Registered Nurse. That didn't happen for me. Instead, I built a lot of bridges and made a lot of friends. I am now in a great position with an excellent reputation with very important people. I continue to build those bridges and use them from time to time to get me in a better position to my next steps. Still not entirely sure what that direction will be, but I am feeling ok about it. I have a beautiful family, who are all INCREDIBLE. Good kids who are doing and have done great things acedemically as well as in sports. I am a very proud MOM! While my perfect, happy family with my husband didn't turn out for me, and I am venturing out into new and sometimes choppy waters as a single person again, I am growing into my new self, reflecting upon those things I've always wanted to do (but didn't have time for) and I like who I am becoming. I guess I am feeling ok about my accomplishments, but I have drive to do MORE. I have been working part time at a very trendy and on the verge of doing HUGE things bakery. I am one of their wedding/event consultants and I am LOVING this new endeavor. Hopefully this will become a bigger part of my world soon!

    3. What big birthday are you looking forward to next?

    40! Whoa! We shall see!!!

Hey girl the 40s are great....I have travelled to Europe and the Caribbean, learned to ride a motorcyle and gone hang gliding. My next adventure is the flying trapezee and boxing. I do what I want when I want(save at the job of course :)

Approaching 29. IDK I think what scares me is financial health. I mentioned earlier I feel like I haven't reached the accomplishments I wanted at this age. Some health concerns bother me...having flat feet, little instances of short term memory bother me, obviously personal health. Been going to the dentist, etc.

I might be a bit of a hypochondriac, but I recall being 20/21 and not worrying about stuff like that. Spraining your ankle is nothing like spraining your ankle when you're approaching 30. Thank God I haven't broken any bones yet.

Also I do sometimes I feel I didn't enjoy my early 20s as much because I was stressed out, depressed, had setbacks, etc, but I cannot complain where I'm headed now, so blessings do come in many different forms!

    1. How do you feel about your current age? I hate it.

    2. Have you accomplished what you thought you would by the time you reached that age you are? No. Not at all. Nothing is as I thought/hoped/dreamed it would be. In fact everything is much worse...except that I found my man, that's the shining light in my life.

    3. What big birthday are you looking forward to next? I hate my birthday. I dread it every year. Knowing I'm turning a year older makes me feel sick.

    1. How do you feel about your current age? Just turned 23. To me, there's nothing special about that. Just the weird "in between stage", when you're too old for too many things yet people look at you and say you're too young for other things.

    2. Have you accomplished what you thought you would by the time you reached that age you are?
I never really stopped to think about where I wanted to be at 23. I was supposed to graduate in May... so I guess that I pictured being finished with my BA degree before my 23rd birthday which I didn't. I take things as they come, because I have faith if I cannot reach a goal by a certain time, it'll happen when it's supposed to. The goals that I have in mind that are age related... I haven't gotten to that point to comment on anyways (like wanting to be a mom before 30, to own my own home by 30... stuff like that). Maybe I'll just search for this thread in 7 years time, see how my answers are then. :p

    3. What big birthday are you looking forward to next?
    25. It's not a "big" big birthday, but at 25 I'd be covered on any vehicle at home that has insurance on it, whether my name's listed or not. I already told my dad I'm taking the camaro out for a cruise on my 25th birthday lol.
My roommate turns 30 this year, on the day I graduate... so I'm also looking forward to planning her 30th birthday party and having a blast :)

Not saying everyone has multiple fathers. I'm just saying - it's a wonder I don'thave any - considering how much I love men and how crazy my life is.

It would be nice to find a man who would like to have a baby with me. Since i haven't found him, I will continue to count my blessings.

Aw...thank you for clearing that up. Using phases like"saddled with kids" and "being embarassed" by multiple fathers doesn't sound like you want to find what you claim to want.

    1. How do you feel about your current age? Turning 30 this last July was rough, but I am so thankful that I am still alive and honestly finally working towards accepting myself flaws and all.

    2. Have you accomplished what you thought you would by the time you reached that age you are? No, but as all dreamers I am a work in progress. You don't lose unless you quit and I think once I get through the next year of school I will have a lot more options open to me. I need the people who are supposed to be in my next life chapters to hurry up. :)

    3. What big birthday are you looking forward to next? Hmm, I am such a kid I celebrate my birthdays for like a week. I usually go to a concert or a mini-vacation. I love birthdays!
