I bring this topic up, because someone not a old lot younger than myself recently called me "old"...LOL

    1. How do you feel about your current age? I LOVE IT. Each day we spend one Earth is a blessing and a gift.

    2. Have you accomplished what you thought you would by the time you reached that age you are? career wise yes. bucket list wise yes. relationship wise, nope. I never thought I would be divorced, and I thought after my divorce that I would settle down with someone quickly, did not happen, but that is okay. Family wise, yes, two grown and sucessful kids, and the blessing of a grandchild.

    3. What big birthday are you looking forward to next? 50 and fabulous :D

lol...the only people who call me "old" are my ex, my brothers and my kids

    1. I love my current age. I'm 41 in November but don't feel a day over 30. I'm often mistaken for 32...very thankful for good genes and being young of heart

    2. I can't say that I ever thought about what or where I would be at my age as I've always taken each day for what it is...live in the present. I'm currently back at school and whilst challenging juggling work, kids, study and starting up a new business on the side, I'm loving it and the new direction I've set myself.
I've still a lot of traveling to do, I'm a gypsy at heart and love to explore the world, but that will come in time and I have plenty of years ahead for that.

    3. I guess 50 would be the next big birthday, though I'm looking forward to stretching out for 41st for a good 2 weeks worth of celebrations

    1. Liking my age, nearly 30 and looking forward to the future.

    2. There is a lot I still want to achieve but I have plenty of time for that when the kids grow up.

    3. Looking forward to my 30th in 3 months time, can't wait for the new beginings.

    1. I feel hella old because it feels like I graduated high school just yesterday.

    2. Not really, but I'm in a place I'd never expect myself to be. Not sure if it's good or bad.

    3. I don't look forward to birthdays.

Me? 38. Going to my 20th high school reunion in a couple of weeks. Alone - it appears. Although I've got a spare ticket - maybe I'll rope an old friend who was reluctant to go, into going (I have a metal-head in mind who's lying dormant in Nashville)... or maybe, who knows... or maybe... alone. Really don't wanna. Or??? maybe - with my old Dark Horse (the original) - he's a buzzkill but he would at least be a DD lol. And a comfort. And handsome. And probably know a ton of people. And already know how to drive my car.

I feel Alllllriggggghhhhhttttt. Have lost about 20 lbs in the past few months and feel more than presentable to any class and any loser ex-boyfriend who might want to give me grief at the reunion. Wanna dance my ass off to old school hip hop and flirt with all my old classmates and hug them to death and get lots of pictures to post on FB.

Life looks good in the future - still working on the apt slowly but surely - getting it in order - slower than I would like but I am a social creature and also like to sleep - also a little man crazy - trying to kill that aspect of my life. They don't deserve me. I am way too good for them. It is true. I need my art more than I need any man. Way too much art going to waste. Beautiful gorgeous apartment needing a good sweeping - too many beautiful shoes not getting worn - time to get out and get moving. Stop sleeping and stop worrying. ;)

Next stop - save enough money to go back to the UK and take a road trip with my aunt to her summer home in Greece where she has a pool and we can go flirt with all of the hot Greek men lol (really prefer the black men). Can't wait for that day - that will be fun. Would be better if we could go to the Caribbean. But that's where her home is LOL. Some day I will go to the Caribbean and maybe never leave - I still look about 28 so it's all in the cards for me...

    1. 25 I hate it, I'm ending my life at 30. 30 just sounds nasty. I think my hairline is starting to retreat, no more pictures for you guys.

    2. I never had any goals, dreams, accomplisments, or aspirations in life.

    3. 30 and poof.

Haha see. I'm already sick of waking up to new aches and pains. My hearing is going bad, most of my responses during conversations now consist of "Huh!, What!, I can't hear you your mumbling"

Sometimes I feel like I should had the accomplishments I had now a few years back. I'm in my late 20s and I can't take the time back. I guess my learning, setbacks, and mistakes were all part of my master plan, or else I wouldn't have gained the experience I have now.

bb, you're in your late 20's, you'll soon see that things get easier and better as you get older. what appear to be mistakes at the time, turn out to be a learning experience

What's wrong with men then? Other than I wish I would have wasted my time with fewer white horrible men, I'm golden. Tits high, ass high - life's great :D. Happy enough with my life right now because I look decent and am not saddled with a bunch of kids I don't want by a bunch of dads I am embarrassed by. My life is basically still a blank slate except for my art - that I am proud about.
