So I am taking a free boxing lesson. I loved the heavy and speed bag at Mark's when I lived there and find that I need a way to expel my anger. Any helpful hints.
i looooooove boxing and kickboxing. remember to keep thumbs in and gloves up over your face at all times. as you'll be stationary at first, have one foot slightly in front of the other and swing from your hips whilst your bottom half is firmly planted
The use of the jab does not always require the hip as it is not always used as a finishing punch and is quite often used to keep distance.
