Absolutely disgusting inhumanity inflicted on these women.

I agree with you on this, GQ. I was responding to Beasty's question when he asked, but if you notice, in my other post, I was saying that trying to compare the US and Middle Eastern experience of women is very different and pointless. We have come a long way here, but that's not to say there isn't work to be done, which we are working on, but within the context of this thread that you made, it's not the time for this conversation. I apologize for derailing it.

Are you implying that WW have it worse than BM in this country?

You and Iggy graduate from the same reading course?

That is not at all what I said.

So, after I addressed your wage gap comment, as well as asked plenty other questions in regards to the suffering of Men and Women and this is all you respond to. LOL... and you negatively repped me. This is hilarious. I am beginning to understand that you get upset when someone doesn't bow down to your feminist agenda. I also noticed your sweeping generalizations of men in previous comments that really elaborates your obvious love affair with misandry. Feel free to negatively rep me for this. Because I know you are incapable of hitting the ignore button if I am "so obnoxious".

I figured this was worth copying and pasting from the "thank you thread" because you obviously missed the point...

"I showed you the wage gap because statistically white women make more than black men and to complain about the wage gap between men and women is not complete without discussing the entire wage gap ( I do understand that it doesn't fit your agenda). The truth is BM and BM have a smaller wage gap, and WM make more than BM statistically. So, ultimately, when you complain about "Men" make sure you specify who your complaint is for. Because it certainly isn't us (BM)."

I think that addresses the negative anonymous rep I received ( Tears from the "Victim Parade")

"Evidently your reading comprehension isn't much better than Iggy's. Nowhere in her post does she make any such implication. There is nothing cute/entertaining/impressive about your arrogance, condescension, negative attitude, or lack of perception."

Apparently your reading comprehension is lacking. I asked simple questions that could have been answered with a simple yes or no. I also expressed the wage gap (which is kind of sad that she would use a thread about women being mutilated, raped, and killed in Islamic countries to express that "Women in America suffer" as well as a wage that exists for her only between white men and white women and not black men. I also find it amusing that she generalizes men by not expressing the race of the wage gap. This is WWBM, not "don't bring up race because it doesn't fit in your misandry filled agenda forum". But, I understand your need to keep the "Victim Parade" going. her previous complaints in another thread elaborate that she doesn't like to compare suffering between races. OK, so, she only feels it needs to be discussed if it's a gender issue. She also implies that no one should compare suffering. WHY NOT? THESE WOMEN ARE SUFFERING MORE THAN HER YET SHE USES A THREAD TO PRESS HER "AMERICAN WOMEN SUFFER TOO" ISSUE. But, you won't see it that way. So, enjoy.

And of course your need for perfection in regards to the written word. I find it funny that your complaint is only expressed when you are upset with someone and refuse to address the issues or questions that have been expressed or asked of you.

FYI... it's the internet "dear heart", if you are looking for perfection in each comment you will be disappointed quite often.

I could give a shit if people embrace feminism, my issue is when people throw down a double standard and treat women like they are objects and without respect, which happens all over the place here. There are topics about the mistreatment of the black community all over this site, but the second women come out and say 'well, our lives aren't perfect, either' we get shot down for it. We get verbally slapped around if our bodies aren't perfect. If our attitudes aren't sugar and spice and everything nice while worshiping that awesome bastion of maleness, the Penis. Yet, we have to be virgins, because otherwise we're whores. We have to sacrifice everything, but to read some posters around here, we should be glad for the honor of someone bothering to be with us. It gets old. It is splashed all over this forum, and it's really tiresome at times, moreso because it's more or less the same off the forum. If you want to call it feminism, then fine, I call it having respect for people and their life experiences.

I gave you a negative rep, because rather than reading what I actually wrote in my original post, BEFORE I answered Beasty's questions, and BEFORE posting something about a wage gap that had no bearing on what the discussion was between Beasty and myself on the topic, you keep trying to instigate and antagonize. The numerous reps that I got on this thread alone tell me more about the general attitudes around here than one person who is trying to rile everyone up.

When you are discussing women, the wage gap between men of any race is not relevant. Simple.

It is relevant. You mentioned the wage gap between men and women. When in actuality the wage gap you expressed is between White Men and White Women. In addition, statistically White Women make more than Black Men. So, I clarified that your issue is not with "Men" which is a generalization as if we statistically make more than you are BM, it's with WM. And I see discussing race is only relevant to you when it meets the needs of your agenda. This is WWBM, and if you have a complaint about the wage gap between WW and WM, then yes, I will point out the difference. I am off to bed, so feel free to continue while I am gone.

I am not remotely shooting you down. But, if you are going to talk about the mistreatment of WW in america I would appreciate it if you would elaborate the culprit as opposed to saying, "Men" as a general term. Thank you and Good night.

Dont even bother with her. She has absolute no clue to what she's talking about. She wants to play the victim role any chance she gets.

Women have a hard time of it everywhere.
But people, in general, do too.

With that said, I consider myself really lucky to be born in the USA where my rights and freedoms aren't as trampled upon as in places like the middle east or Asia.

Makes for unbelievable reading at some of the trivial stuff. Its like every aspect of a woman's life has to be controlled by these Saudi clerics.

I take it you people are aware that Saudi Arabia is a major US ally in the Gulf.

Are you aware how much of your taxes is sent to that country yearly? A large percentage of US oil supply comes from them.

Over $60 Billion in military aid went to them outfiting their military with top of the line, state of the art US military equipment.

The Saudis are our friends, do not talk bad about them.

Minors with uteruses. Oh for the joy.

This is personal opinion (and I'm addressing ALL fanatical religions TYVM).

When men, thru religion, have to control a woman to such extent, IMO it's because they are fearful of their own shortcomings and desires. These men seem to think these women can't board a farking plane by themselves? What are they worried about? She will get on a plane with a bunch of other men and when the attendants aren't looking have a roman style orgy? Of course not. She's just flying somewhere else like millions of other women do every single day.

For all the control they want to force over all these women, one can only assume that the reason they think the women think that is because when they board a plane sans woman property, they are thinking about all the ways they could violate other woman not in the company of another man.

It's a cartoon but the hunchback of Norte dame has a perfect example of this very concept. For those who have seen it you will know what I mean.

I think they are scared these chicks will board that plane, fly away and never come back. Ever.

As someone once noted...'I have never known a religion more afraid of women'.

It ain't about them being afraid of women, no man on this planet sees a female as a threat.

Its all about control and power. Women in these countries are valued like commoditys/livestock.

You control women you control the world. You control the population growth and future offspring to draft for your wars. You control your future labor force for cheap labor.

    Basic economics.

So in other words they're afraid to lose that control over women.

So it has to be maintained by all means.

If women have a say in the job market, reproductive rights, etc, it affects those concepts you mentioned above.

Even Tunisia the other day that had a revolution that toppled the prior dictator, the new government wanted to change the constitution to say

"A woman is complimentary to a man"

Some reason they felt compelled, with all the fucking issues in the country fresh off of a revolution, to try and change from the current law that states "A woman is equal to a man"

All these things seem so trivial to me, its like why are these folks worried about this say over women to such a degree. Its a strange social control paradigm.

LOL, now I see why in some strict parts of that region men and women don't dance together.
