And not just that, he isn't even an elected official. His influence over Democrats and liberals is nowhere near as strong as Republicans would like it to be. Not. Even. Close.

 

THIS. And conservatives sure do love to try to make it seem as if both he and Sharpton are, even to the point that they are the leaders and voices of all progressive leaning people in the Black community. They're not. Whatever bit of respect they seemly get is due to the things they both did in the area of civil rights and a lot of things they have done over the years recently have been done IMO for publicity in an attempt to keep themselves as relevant figures. Sharpton does however, every once in awhile get involved with legit issues that do need to be spotlighted like the whole voter ID and other attempts at voter suppression bullshit currently going on.

 

I gave plenty of examples of liberals that I think are batshit insane. If you don't think they are thats on you but to me they are fuckin nuts.

 

And since you're the only conservative here who's even making an issue of this (as always) much less even cares, your opinion is moot.
