Nothing wrong with being a clean-shaving individual who like getting touched by female genitalia.

I like taking care of yourself to a point. If you surpass me in bathroom time you're are toast. :smt043 NO man should take more time in the bathroom than a woman. We have more hair it's longer and we wear makeup.

I think the whole "metrosexual" idea is a load of shit. People want to feminize the act of a man taking care of himself. Somehow in an attempt to make it pseudo homosexual. It's ridiculous. Granted there are some men who go overboard and some women who go overboard as well. But, quite frankly, it's a load of shit. So what if someone gets their shaving supplies from the Art Of Shaving as oppose to Walmart. And so what if a dude gets a mani pedi? Is taking care of your hands and feet a bad thing? I try to just ignore terms like that. The term was coined by Mark Simpson. Mark Simpson is known as a controversial journalist who's topics normally involve homosexuality. So, I don't really take much stock in the term. Just a term coined by a gay man who doesn't seem to understand straight men who take care of themselves.

Yes I agree. I got a little turned on that my guy shaved his armpits and put on a bunch of lotion. He still didn't get all cheeved that I didn't shave my legs every day. He didn't shave his man parts all clean - I would have found that distasteful and gay. But the shaved pits were kind of cute. And his smooth skin was delightful. His man parts were a little ashy which made me a little horny. Made me know no woman had been down there recently and his thigh muscles were so big he couldn't help it!:heart: Goddamnit!! No wonder I went black - he is the reason.. He was so soft and smooth.. He was not "metrosexual" in any way, shape, or form.

As the prettiest man on the board, I vote no on metrosexuality.

I think the term is kind of dumb...there's nothing wrong with a man who takes care of himself. I don't really care if a guy goes through the hassle of doing all of that - as long as he is clean and doesn't look like a hobo- do your thing.

You don't have a head so that should cut your beauty routine way down. :p

Interesting, seems I have a different understanding of the word. This society is becomming more feminine and I always saw the metrosexual as the guys that were ahead of that curve. I am not one of them. On this forum it seems that a metrosexual is simply a guy that washes his ass. By that definition I am metrosexual.

    met·ro·sex·ual

    noun?/?metr??sekSHo?o?l/
    metrosexuals, plural

A young, urban, heterosexual male with liberal political views, an interest in fashion, and a refined sense of taste.

*shrugs* I've always thought of a metrosexual guy as being a closeted homosexual. Not my kind of guy. No man should have more (or have a higher interest in) clothes or beauty products than a woman.
Who wants a guy who cares more about his hair than you care about yours?? :smt081 :smt119

Oh and...All guys should have good personal hygiene, being "metrosexual" has nothing to do with that.

It doesn't bother me. I don't find anything wrong with a man who takes care in his personal appearance and hygiene. Don't care about how long it takes him to get ready or how much he spends on his personal toiletries. To each his/her own. As long as he's not wearing makeup (mascara, eyeliner, shadow, foundation) he's good in my book.
