It was absolutely reckless, that guy is lucky to still be alive from the looks of things, and who is the third person in the video, if he was police too, he didn't see a need to pull out a gun.

I agree with Alectrona also, that police officer needs to be locked up and stood down from his position...

 

When a disgraceful cop assaults and lies to cover his own ass at the expense of another's freedom and justice, he's no longer a cop but a pure criminal and belongs in jail! No excuses. He should lose his pension, too. Better yet, give it to the young man on top of his settlement.

When you think about it cops have a lot of power and responsibility.

When they walk into a court of law to testify, they will be trusted over you or I any day of the week.

Its not until there is evidence like in the video clip of this original topic that one begins to understand what is at work.

I think we would all like to believe if we are decent, law abiding citizens, no wrong will befall us like this.

But all it takes is running across that one rotten cop who has a distaste for you based on skin color and it could change your life drastically.

Their word will always be held to a higher credence in a court of law over any of us and therefore it is imperative they be held to account for illegal conduct.
