I just heard about her today. Thoughts, comments? I don't know much about her so I'm looking to be educated on here. I have to admit the first thing that comes to mind when I see pictures of her and her white Mormon husband is a KKK member with a black woman. I know they aren't exactly the same thing but up until the 70s the Mormon Church's position on black people has been more than questionable and that kind of bigotry doesn't go away that quickly especially in states like Utah where there's less black people than in a NYC Mcdonalds. She seems to have the same right wing talking points which I admit aren't all bad but she seems just as out of touch as most of them are, but like I said I just read about her today and would like some insight.
Is Mia Love serious to be a congresswoman from Utah? I find it hard to believe. Of a party who talks about the "foreign" background of Obama what makes one think she would be elected?
