Yia sou Bliss,it was nice;no islands this year,I went to Kalamata and all the beaches around,I like it so much there.I've never been in Santorini,but I have to go to see the sunset from Oia..lol..my favorite island is Mykonos,have you been there?

Yes indeed. Think about it, you could be a Syrian right now, where your own government might end your life, with an airstrike in your neighborhood, like the countless who have died so far, in order to hang on to power.

So we never know how effed up life can be in another part of the world.

Mykonos is one Island I've not visited, as popular as it is. Funny thing is my fav campy movie "Summer Lovers" of which I know every word of, was filmed there. Maybe one day....

No,I have not. I know it is cheaper but, the cituation is now tense. I think the riots drove the tourists away. Saw the movie made by the women of My Big Fat Greek Wedding. It made Greece a tourist nightmare.
