Have you ever read The Hippocrates Diet, by Dr. Anne Wigmore?..the juice drinks are to die for. :tonqe: Have tried them all. (ps: the wheat-grass you have to sip slooowly though or you will feel nauseated.)

 

I used to have a juicer but got rid of it because I felt I bought the wrong brand. The cleaning was so horrid. If I ever buy one again I will look at that top of the list.

 

I have a German Champion Juicer. Expensive, cleaning is horrid. But it juices so minute, that almost all the nutrients are kept in and the pulp left is minimal.

It also homogenizes, which I love. I freeze bananas, slip them through the homogenizer attachment - it comes out just like ice-cream. I mix carob-powder with mashed avocado and a little water or almond milk..and pour it over my banana 'icecream'. It's delicious. :tonqe:

 

You liking my drinks very healthy and delicious I have not read anything by Anne Wigmore I will now I love juicing its the best I agree with you on that wheatgrass has to be taking in moderation but its some excellent stuff
