You have to love the timing....

First night of the GOP, where Gov. Christie and Mrs. Romney will speak....and one ( or is it two, now) "GOP' attendees....who happen to have a bag of peanuts...pick out a Black FEMALE....who happens to work for CNN...who has a live feed CAMERA (smart move)....and both (?) say to her ..."This is how we feed animals...."

Which is then instantly tweeted by a CNN reporter...as...."Breaking CNN NEWS...."

Can they sell us a plant in a planter? :???:


So who are these 2 villains?..Day two...has CNN identified them yet? MSNBC? All those cameras? All those reporters? Cell phones, Tweeters? Freedom of information act and such...why aren't their names, faces released yet? Peruse CNN's politics page today, you can't even find a current link to the story...surely there would be one?

No surprises here. American politics has gotten uglier and Republican Party even whiter and uglier since the election of our first black president.

Petty c'mon now...u buying this bull? Any other time I'd be right there with you, but you don't think this shit was a planned stunt by the one or two? It's not EVEN a news story anymore because people are hip to the bull. Plants in either side's conventions is as old as the hills.

 

These folks who were thrown out I believe were state delegates. If that's true, it's highly unlikely they were a part of a Democratic plot to make the RNC look bad.
Just from my experience, Democrats don't stage fake racist events to smear conservatives. Reason being, if they were ever caught doing so, one of their core constituent base, African Americans, could possibly turn against the party.

No, IMO this was a legit incident. Just my gut.

 

They're delegates? I haven't even found their identity aka race/sex or political affiliation anywhere. Implied, sure. Revealed..not yet.

Even if staged, 2 idiots antics would not sway the core base to turn on it's party at all, just as it being a genuine racial harassment incident would not cause Conservatives to turn. Rather, their intent would be to attempt to sway the undecided who are leaning to either side, and to throw a wrench in the highly anticipated speakers of the night. It's political shenanigans of the worst kind, feeding into decent people's visceral reactions of disgust and horror at such racist behavior.

What made me question it later was CNN strangely clamming up, then the lack of footage with all the CNN cameras and cell phones, the apparent silence from the camera-woman (not saying that hasn't happened, I just haven't seen it yet), then you think the timing, the peanuts and the racially-charged/implied (but oddly not 'racist") comment..IDK it's just all a little weird. (btw, def not saying racist antics don't happen regularly in general).

 

The right has a history of this bullshit. Look at their base. They are littered with intolerant assholes who do this shit unprovoked all the time. Have you ever read comments on a youtube channel? This is not out of character at all for them

 

They sure do have a history of it. I'm the first to agree. Which is why I think these were likely two party-crashing plants who played right into those expectations as a way to disrupt and cast them in a further negative light.

Disclaimer: Before some asshole wants to bring up that Republicans fought for civil rights and freed the slaves. I mean the current incarnation of the Republican Party.
