New spring routine An hour walk with the do every morning 20 minutes cardio on the treadmill every day 3 sets of 15 push ups, squats and lunges Plank and 5 sets of 40 sit ups Every second night 30 minutes of yoga with my kids before their bedtime
Up until September last year I ran on my treadmill at home and did push ups, sit ups and squats....then I broke toes, did nerve damage and was stuck in a moonboot up until a week before Xmas. My job as a cleaner keeps me active, I also don't drive so I walk a lot and have started playing netball again once a week with a practice once a week. I have a gym membership which I need to start again, but it's finding the time to use it
up until I got my new job a few months ago, I would cycle once or twice a week, but mostly my routine was fitness dvd's at home, 45 minutes, at least four or five times a week, including both cardio and strength. Now I have a new routine, and I cycle four times a week, plus my job is active, so thats a plus, and I have just started to reintroduce strength training, but I have no actual ''routine'', I just do it as and when I have time, I do a 20 minute Jillian Michaels dvd as often as I can, but thats maybe once or twice a week at the moment as I really don't have much free time now. I need to get in more strength because I really miss it, and I don't want to lose all my hard work over the past few years. I'm quite proud of the muscle tone I have built up, and all the cycling in the world won't let me keep my guns lol.
I run 3-5 miles each day, sometimes on the treadmill and sometimes outside (depends on the weather and time of day). I've started adding push-ups and squats as of this past weekend. Might add weights to my run when I'm on the treadmill...trying to build my upper body strength.
30-90 minutes cardio (bike) twice a week and two times a week what the call milon-circle here. it s a combi of cardio and strength training. usually takes a hour plus 60-90 minutes bike (for warmup n cooldown)
Lately I really haven't had a set routine that I've followed. But I do a lot of squats and deadlifts. Then I do some different kind of body-weight exercises, some running, playing sports here and there. Usually workout 5-6 times a week though.
