Normally, I would offer my take on the matter, but I would like to ask the lot of you this: Do you think that is motivated based on race? Or do you feel that it's because of political factors such as her moderate-left ideology in a staunchly conservative state?

All opinions and comments are most welcomed!

Do either of those two motivations...how do I put this? Make it right that it even has to go to this extreme.

If its based on racial motivation because she's black, then that's illegal. If its based on her left leaning tendencies in a right leaning state, that might not be legal, but it's still unfair. Because she doesn't play like everyone else she can't play at all?
    Still not right.

If the court normally does not pick and it goes to rank, then she should get it.

My guess would be if they could get past the color and her political style, the time issue wouldn't matter all that much.
