think ive sweated in a few eyes and mouths while rolling before

funny thing is, all you can do is wipe it on your gi wrist/sleeve..which isnt great either, because either way the sweat is still going to get onto another person

that's kinda why hygiene/health is so important, so that you're not transmitting anything to anyone. I'm always checking for ringworm or anything else that looks out of the ordinary.

late edit - not quite sure if anything can be passed through sweat anyway...looks like nothing currently... it's still bawls to have someone sweating into ur mouth

i never got it knock on wood (ringworm breakouts aren't fun and usually spread to others pretty quickly)

but some dudes i rolled with have smelled a bit tangy

this one guy was bleeding from his leg (how?) and I just knew I would get paired up with that smelly ass mofo. Didn't want to hurt his feelings, so I rolled with him anyway. You are well within your right to refuse a partner if you're really concerned about their personal hygiene tho. Always ask/check to see if staff at your gym clean the mats and spray down their locker areas.

I ended up with blood on my gi tho and til this day don't know if it's mine or someone elses

if i knew people were being screened for stuff in their blood, I guess people probably wouldn't mind.

I agree POJ. It's just challenging because I already have had a gorgeous acreage by the foothills of the Rocky mountains. Most of these shits haven't even left home, except to come live with me UGHHHHHHH. I miss my old life sometimes, like right now.

i definitely try to ghost my way through work (i know, completely unrelated), without drawing too much attention. dont count on me to do anything extra, because there's a good chance im worrying about maintaining a gpa and devising a plan to work for someone else

Four fucking documents just to prove who I am. Which I already fucking know who iam and the fucking system has all that shit in it. But I have to fucking prove it again with even more fucking paper work bc our system is hella fucking broken.

God I am so fucking pissed right now.

Court papers from 20 years ago..I need to show court papers from 20 fucking years ago to prove who the fuck iam.
