Al Freeman Jr. who played Elijah Muhammad in Malcolm X,Lt. Ed Hall in One Life to Live and other roles died last night. He was also starred in the play and film Dutchman by Amari Baraka in which he played a Black subway pagenger in conversation with a White woman. http://dclist.com/2012/08/al_freeman_jr_passes_away.php
He was also an acting teacher at Howard University in addition to being a great actor himself. R.I.P.
