But the software is different. I own an ipod touch and a Samsung phone and the software is what really makes the difference besides people have been making similar products since Pepsi and Coca Cola. Apple is just shook because they can't peddle their cheap over priced shit anymore.

Yep. I recall reading Apple won in Australia. Courts have banned all Samsung Androids.
And I think the case going on now is in China. Don't see Samsung getting around their thievery.

I did read a piece in their defense that Samsung has done phone and tablet users a favor by decreasing Apple's monopoly, but why even have copyright laws then if they are worthless?

What got me was when Apple bought Authentec and is trying to keep everything hush hush. Samsung signed a deal with Authentec a few months ago to handle Enterprise things for Samsung...

The android OS is not superior to that of Apple.

I work with apple phones all day everyday. And while you will always have PCers vs Macs ppl til it all goes down in flames..iPhones are much more intuitive when it comes to interfaces.
And that's across the board on all apple products.

And Apple was the trail blazer. And they will continue to be.

Wait until they unveil their biggest product yet.

 

the best thing the iphone has going for it as a phone is the battery life. the software barely received multi tasking with the 4 and Siri is still in what they call 'beta'. ice cream sandwich has barely hit the market on phone and tablet with reviews clowning the iphone software, the evolution of the Anroid software is whats beating Crapple and they know it so much so they have been going after phone manufactures that use Android devices because they know that's their only defense.

alogn side my Android device, crackberry I've always had the latest apple phone. yes i enjoy the phone and the app store seeing as how many friends are mac fanboys and i enjoy a good game here and there.

The ONLY reason android is even a viable phone is bc of apple pioneering the original iPhone. And Siri is on wolf ram..so she's still a work in progress.

Apple still has tricks up its sleeve and they will pull out the big guns and leave droids in the dust.

wait are we talking about phones or all Apple products because as much as I like their product they are a bunch of fucking thieves. Like if I actually buy music I should be able to copy it onto as many devices as I want and vice versa. Getting a new laptop shouldn't mean losing my music or going through a bs process to keep music I've already purchased. No to mention amazon and google are about to murder itunes in the music department.
