I don't believe in the "swirl" phenomenon/fad but y'all have a good night and God bless you just have this itchy aversion toward the word "swirl" as if it's the flavor of the month and not to be taken seriously - if it was meant casually outside of this context, please accept my apology. I'm not a huge fan of different flavours of cheesecake, unless we're just talking lemon or when it's garnished with a bit of passionfruit.

Here is my plain ol' cheesecake.

Your plate is really pretty Sin... perfect for a plain cheesecake. I prefer plain myself. Topped with strawberries or some sort of fresh fruit, preferably. No lemon in the mix. It looks wonderful. Have another for me!

 

Why mix beautiful cheese w sweets?? I dont get it. LOL. Just gimme the cheese and nobody gets hurt (actually, they do,but that is another story)- you can take the sugar.

YUM @ passion fruit on cheesecake! My mum loves to put it on Pavlova, too. The cake came out amazing by the looks of it! :tonqe:

 

Looks awesome sin. I'm with you on not loving the flavored cheesecake. The best cheesecake I ever had a friend made and after it cooled she spread plain sour cream layer across the top. I cannot describe how delicious that was. Fresh fruit on the side is good but chocolate, nuts or swirly fruit sugary mess please leave me out.

 

Thoughts and prayers go out to our East Coast members who might be stuck without power since Friday's spectacular storm.
Hundreds of thousand of homes all up the eastern seaboard and Mid-Atlantic lost power...and are stuck in what is one of the worst sweltering 100 degree heatwaves without relief.

Some wont have power until the 4th of July, or even until end of next week. Can't even imagine....
