I say women. It seems like all of them think they deserve a tall/dark/handsome man that makes serious bank and can be a provider.

Meanwhile, men just want a loyal chick that will ride with him. We don't care how much they make or if they even have a job lol.

Take a look at all the threads in the men's room. Check out the photos in those threads, then come on back here and talk about unrealistic expectations. lol

I think both sexes have them sometimes.

    Huh? Seriously??

There is a thick women thread thats like a billion pages long with brothas on here drooling over fat/thick women.

And if you go in the Ladies room, you have all the guys are cut/muscular.

Like I said, women have more unrealistic expectations....HANDS DOWN.

Ok, you win Iggy. You obviously have done the research and admittedly I have not.

Simply varies from individual to individual; you two are arguing in circles and using anecdotal evidence that's worth crap.

    Both parties are equally guilty.

I agree with both of you. As I mentioned in my first post, both do. My "evidence" from the men's room was a joke obviously. But the op is convinced so who am I to change that? Frankly I don't care enough to bother lol

Yeah I have to go with this bro.

There are some cool, laid back, non high maintenance women out there.

Who just want a nice, quiet, easy life with a humble dude that cares for her and vice versa.

The thing is finding each other in this whole wide world. :)

Both genders are guilty if you're a superficial, egotistical selfish jackass.

i'm guilty of the shit my damn self.

every day i'm sure i'm gonna meet a short haired atheist that hates tyler perry, loves fitness and nutrition.

enjoys lakes but no swimming, values fitness/nutrition
...and wants to grow old in a rural Washington town.

    ....
    ....

    ....and is good at Halo.

    EDIT

    really good at Halo.

Everything revolves around money, and it applies for both genders.

The economic recession that we're in today strengthens my point. Money triumphs feelings, other people's needs, and everything else. Arguably, I could use that as a potential reason for why divorce rates are high on a global scale between men and women, regardless if the relationship is intra or interracial.

We really might reach a point where there just isn't a lot of interaction/companionship going on between men and women.

Shit stirring or not he does have a point but I cant even be mad at women for it. If thete are dummies willing to yield to their ridiculous demands more power to them.

    Yup.

Ok, lets get the obvious out of the way.... any answer to this will be a broad generalization. That said I'm going with women. I'm not even going to get into the reasons why. This board has been relatively peaceful of late, would rather it stay that way.

Not for me it doesn't. My man has less money that me (in fact he's a bit of a disaster area in that department) but I love him for who he is and how he treats me. We aren't materialistic and can enjoy our relationship with very little money.

All of them eh?! Not quite. Much as I love tall dark handsome ripped wealthy men I am not holding out for Idris Elba, and have found myself a shorter, hard up man who's carrying a few extra pounds who I happen to adore.
