Didn't he claim he all but beat it, too. that his numbers are so miniscule, he's considered 'cured". Either way, he's lived a truly fulfilled life since his diagnosis. I remember the shock and sadness, thinking he was going to die. Very happy for him.
Everyone knows aids and cancer have cures Too much money to be made by keeping people hanging with treatments tho 400 dollar cure or thousands and thousands of long term revenue per person?
With all the treatment he had, it still hasn't gone away. If he's still using all the medication and then take himself off of it, it'll come back in full force. So, while the virus languishing and festering inside him, though in a minuscule amount, he still hasn't really beaten it. For the record, virus cannot be cured completely. Only lie in dormant.
I think that's correct..but not entirely. Some can leave the bodies of heathy adults with correctly functioning immune systems.
Cure is such a loosely used word that people seemingly forget a virus requires a host and can remain inside your systems, no matter how minuscule they are. A virus can be controlled, but quite cured. You're correct that proper functioning levels of white T-cells can keep the virus from going out of control, but the only way to "alleviate" it would be through vaccinations and they can only contain the virus. Case in point, influenza.
