Had Breakfast One fried egg, half fried tomato, few slices of cupsicum fried too and 3 slices of white bread. Lunch will be a cucumber and tomato salad an orange between lunch and dinner not sure what my dinner yet
just finished a bowl of curried quinoa, brown rice, yellow split peas, kidney beans, red lentils, broad beans, broccoli, tomato, bok choy, silverbeet and potato vegetable stew was delicious and warm. perfect for a winters afternoon

love minestrone huge cooking day yesterday... baked choc chip cookies baked spinach, silverbeet, mushroom & feta pies... and lentil & quinoa pasties today i've got quinoa, lentils, bok choy and broccoli broth in the slow cooker and about to make spinach and feta arancini. i love winter
