Wonderful update. Was just wondering what you mean by processed? Isn't it pure protein and veggies and salads, for the most part?
I think he means Nutrisystem per his update. I know people who have been on it and you eat their food so it is less thought on staying within your intake requirements. You just need to develop good habit after you are off of it though. Saw one friend gain it back then have to do it again.
Yeah, I meant the Nutrasystem food. You supplement it with veggies and proteins but the main meals are all in boxes or containers (all microwavable). My barber is doing weight watchers and he's had just as much success as I have, if not more. I'm thinking about looking into that after Nutrasystem just to help me maintain and learn more about the food I eat. I've learned some from Nutrasystem but, it seems like weight watchers you can eat more regular food and nothing boxed. They also have a great way to track stuff when eating out. I spend a lot of time on the Nutrasystem forums and JordenC you are right. There are a lot of people who have came back after losing all that weight.
Ah, for some reason I missed that he switched, so I read up. Thanks for the clarification. My close friend is on N/S too, and she loves the food. Though I can image it is heavily processed due to the fact it doesn't need refrigeration.
