Elimination is imminent. They cannot escape their termination. Heat in 6 at worst. Moment of silence for the old guard (Lakers, Celtics)
Right?! I do not like the Heat, I dislike the Celtics. I hate Pierce. Oh who to wish failure upon. Yeah, at worst. You're calling it correct. One thing, isn't Bosh out? May not affect it, still. LOL @ moment of silence....
I'm glad the Sixers lost, and I live in Philly. KG was right about the fans here. From the minute Iverson left town for Denver until the minute the Sixers ousted the Bulls this post-season, nobody gave a damn about the Sixers in this town. Even with the Phillies, people didn't start caring about them until the '08 season. The only team that gets die hard fan support here is the Eagles. I will give Philly credit on that...they live and die with the Eagles. Anyway, I want the C's to beat the Heat. I can't stand the Heat. I was rooting for Indiana to knock them off.
What do you know? What sport did they have in Connecticut where you grew up? Badminton...Boccia?? You know nothing about Philly fans and their love of the Big 4 here. Sheesh. Oblivious you aren't one.
Oh shut up. I remember you from when you joined because I live in Philly also. You are a hating, loser non-fan who is happy our team lost. GTFOH.
Okay now. Wasn't it way back when in Philly that the fans booed and threw snowballs at Santa Claus during an Eagles game? What's that about??? lol
Ahem, the Santa has repeatedly told the story....the real Santa was a no-show, so the Organization noticed in the crowd a fan dressed as a two-bit Santa (him) and asked him to play the role. Unfortunately for them, he was drunk as fuck and stumbling as he tried to pull it off. And he was skinny. And that's why they booed drunk Santa.
Thanks for clearing that story up for me. It's just that anytime I hear about Philly fans and how "passionate" they are, that one particular urban legend always comes to mind.
If I hear one more person say SA doesn't have home court advantage over OKC. There is only 1 team that had a better record than SA this year, and that's the Chicago Bulls. SA has HCA throughout the playoffs.
