If I chose a good-looking guy with a great personality and mad bedroom skills (who already had several other kids) to be my baby's father, I would not expect anything from him, because I had made my choice. It would be for the best genes and maybe a little company from time to time. I would not get caught up in a bunch of drama expecting the world from him. I would raise my own child and have total control over the child's upbringing.

I do not have any children FYI. Also FYI, I would prefer to have one with someone I love who was devoted to me. I can also see a WHOLE lot more shit that could hit the fan with this scenario because so much more heartbreak could take place because I would be making myself vulnerable to a man. It is a dangerous gamble, a relationship...it takes a very difficult toll on the heart and some women just want to play it safe - maybe this is what a lot of these women were doing? Who knows?
